Because this is an instantly delivered digital product, purchases are generally final once the ebook has been successfully accessed or downloaded. Refunds may be provided for duplicate charges, technical failure to receive or access the purchased ebook, or where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of purchase. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
How to request a refund
Email adenbanks2000@gmail.com within seven days of purchase, using the email address you entered at checkout, and describe what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment processor.
